Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://967logisticsinc.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. 967 Logistics Inc. reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, 967 Logistics Inc. markets and arranges Delivery Services, Moving Services, Furniture Delivery, Grocery Delivery, Packing Services, Freight Hauling. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by 967 Logistics Inc. or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. 967 Logistics Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation. In no event will 967 Logistics Inc.'s liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 967 Logistics Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MI law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MI for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
